The CSR Workers Co-op collect personal information from its members to enable the provision of services to our membership. Your consent will be sought before any personal information is collected from a third party.
By disclosing your personal information you agree that you are entitled to disclose that information to us and without taking any further steps, we may use and disclose that information for the purpose of providing services to our membership.

Disclosure - Under the Co-operative Act WA (2009), you may request to either inspect at the CSR Workers Co-op’s nearest office, or be sent a consolidated copy of the rules of the co operative and a copy of all special resolutions applicable to the member and passed by the members of the CSR Workers Co-op since its last annual general meeting or as directed by the Act; and written notice of entry fees or regular subscriptions payable by a member of the CSR Workers Co-op. For the purposes of this requirement, documents and written notice may be provided in electronic form.
